We want you to be completely satisfied with your tea; if you aren't happy with your order, you can return any unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on tea packs that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization code.

  Pack Your Tea

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our warehouse, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
