What makes Teapigs tea different?
We use whole leaf tea, whole herbs, and whole berries. No dusty floor sweepings here. Our tea 'temples' are spacious, biodegradable mesh bags that allow the leaves to infuse properly for a full-flavor brew.
Are your tea temples plastic-free?
Yes! Our tea temples are made from cornstarch and are fully industrially compostable. Our inner clear packaging is made from wood pulp (NatureFlex), and our outer cartons are FSC-certified paper.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your caffeine fix sooner. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
Since tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened packs. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will make it right.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we do! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You can choose your frequency and skip or cancel at any time through your account dashboard.
Are your teas organic or fair trade?
We are a certified B Corp and prioritize ethical sourcing. While not all our teas are certified organic, we ensure all our growers follow sustainable practices and we are members of the Ethical Tea Partnership.
